By accessing, browsing, using and/or completing a reservation you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound to the terms and conditions set out below. The customer making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of their travel party and is responsible for the entirety of the payment.
Discovery Kite reserves the right to alter itineraries and/or timetables should it be necessary, due to adverse weather and or other related conditions. Discovery Kite is not responsible for expenses and/or other related costs due to factors outside of its control, such as flight delays, changes and or cancellations, injuries, weather, war, natural disasters etc. and/or other unforeseeable matters. You are responsible for providing Discovery Kite with the correct contact information and related details so that we can keep you informed in the event of changes made to the services booked.
As with any world travel, we strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy in your home country that covers your cost should you have to cancel your travel reservation with short notice. This kind of travel insurance is not expensive and frequently covers other risks. Having travel insurance is always a good idea when travelling around the world. This is more relevant during COVID-19 times like now.
Guests/Clients are advised that all activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and they must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times following Discovery Kite or its partners’ guidelines and must take proper responsibility for their safety. All adventure tours and outdoor activities carry inherent risks and Discovery Kite does not assume any responsibility for accidents. You may be requested to sign an additional liability release upon your arrival.
Discovery Kite accepts bank transfers, Revolut, Stripe payments, as well PayPal. For payments via Stripe additional 1.4% may apply for European cards and 2.9% for non-European cards.
Discovery Kite requires 10% – 15% of a deposit as a reservation amount for kite courses & kite camps. When you book your kite lessons you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. In order to be respectful of the other guests, please contact us as soon as possible in case of your cancellation. For kite safari full payments is required to book your spot. For packages including kite camps & accommodation the amount of 30% is a required for booking with the rest of the payment to be done 25 days before arrival.
To cancel your booking contact us directly via the email address with your full name, arrival date & booking number. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation request has been completed.
